My name is Dan Leighton and I would like to introduce myself to you. EZ Homes, LLC is a Michigan based manufactured home retailer/broker, specializing in pre-owned homes.
We’ve been in business for over 15 years and have a BBB A+ rating. We buy and sell in over 28 states. To date, we’ve bought and sold over 2,000 manufactured homes.
We are seeking a high-level partnership with a select corporation for a true Win/Win/Win outcome.
Our primary focus is to provide a professional service that allows you the ability to remove marginal, but livable homes at a price that is far more cost effective than demolition.
We are typically looking for the following types of homes:
- Single or Doublewides with vinyl siding and shingled roofs
- Single wides with pitched metal roofs and metal/vinyl or masonite siding
- Any number of beds & baths
- Year of homes can range from 1990 to present. We will consider late 80’s homes too, depending on the condition
- Axles and hitches are important, but not super necessary
MH Conditions that we want to avoid:
- Heavy mold infestation
- Leaking roofs
- Seriously rusted frames or other conditions that would impede safely moving the home
