But first, consider what impact these add-ons will have on your budget. Also, there may be a cheaper solution to increase your curb appeal, such as choosing a high-grade siding color or changing the pitch of the roof.
Another option to consider is interior extras such as better appliances, flooring, or kitchen cabinets. Maybe you would like to add character with unique paint colors, crown moulding, arched doorways, or a fireplace.
